Pastor Duane begins the New Year with a message about unity within the body of Christ. We find that the key to harmonious relationships is not to esteem self, assert self, or stand up for self. It is, rather, to put self to death and to regard others more highly than ourselves for Jesus' sake. It's a painful cure; but it's the cure prescribed by God. It is the cure for strife, discord in the church, in the home, on the job, and the cure that will make us blessed and happy this New Year.
