As Pastor Shawn identifies chronologically the “appearance” of Mary through the scriptures, we see that her interactions borne out of her care and concern for Him caused agitation, confrontation, and took issue with Him. Likewise, Jesus challenged her traditions and paradigms. Isn’t that what God does FOR us? Yes, I said “for us.” Challenging our perceptions of what “it’s supposed to be like” is what Kingdom truth and reality do. May our traditions and perceptions bow to God’s voice directing us to the beauty and blessings of relationships the way God intended them to be!
