There are two kinds of fear. There’s the fear that is based in this world. It expresses itself as fear of tomorrow, fear of failure, fear of danger, or fear of looking foolish among other things. The other kind of fear is what Pastor Mark calls “godly fear.” When we think of godly fear it’s the honor and reverence of the creator and judge of the universe. It’s understanding that our lives are held in his hand and that one day we will meet him face to face and answer for the way we used our lives. Today Pastor Mark is going to show us the difference and why godly fear is needed and good while other fear only tears us down.
