This week our sermon series The Gospel of Luke, Part II: A Journey through Galilee highlights the gift of the Sabbath from God to His people throughout the Scriptures. In Christ, we now understand and experience the Sabbath not as merely a day, but a person. The right response to such a gracious invitation is to intentionally draw near to our Savior, in order to delight in Him and receive the satisfaction and restoration that He alone offers.
