We come to Acts 13, where Paul preaches a sermon in a synagogue. Over the next few chapters of Acts, we're going to see how Paul adapts to share the Gospel in some very different situations. Here he is preaching to a people already aware of the Scriptures, so he shows how the Gospel weaves all through the Old Testament. This has always been God's plan - to rescue his people from sin and death. But what comfort is it that God's plan includes our suffering? How does that comfort his people?
