Alphil Guilaran co-founded the Financial Literacy Counsel (FLC) in 1999 out of a passion and a call to build financially literate generations. He is responsible for developing and teaching financial education programs with a unique emphasis on inter-generational stewardship and leadership coaching for heirs and beneficiaries.
