● Greenhouse environments where healthy people grow!
● When someone or something threatens your amygdala, your body will want to react with fight or flight!
● We have to make it clear that this is a safe place.
● Grace and honor restore the standard so PEOPLE WILL MANIFEST THEIR BEST!
● High freedom. Low Control.
● High freedom often generates conflict with others because the way we experience them threatens our amygdala.
