As we start the Christmas Season, Pastor Skip Allen takes a look at the beginning of Luke Chapter 2 where a decree went out from Caesar saying the world should be registered. In this chapter Joseph went up from Galilee, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem to be registered with Mary and while they were there the time came for Her to give birth.
