In this message, we hear from the letter, known as the book of Revelation, which Jesus wrote, through John, to the seven churches in Asia. More specifically, we are going to be hearing what Jesus said to the church in Sardis.
If we received a letter from Jesus today, what would it say? Would He caution us to wake up before it’s too late? Would He command us? Would He command us? Would He tell us that things are better than they really are so as not to offend us? What would He say?
I want to suggest to you that through the text of this sermon, Jesus has something specific to say to each of our lives.
