What combats evil in the human heart? The fruit of the Spirit. The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. We all need this fruit to ward off the power of evil in our hearts and truly follow and serve Jesus.
