We are taken a sabbatical from our exposition of Luke to study up on Angels, demons, and Satan before looking at Luke’s account of the Gerasene demoniac. We spent two weeks so far looking at holy angels, their creation, appearance, and ministry to both believers and unbelievers. In this study, we focus on demons. Because of the world’s influence, most Christians do not have a biblical understanding of Satan and demons, which is why we will see what the Bible teaches so we can better understand what they are and what they do.
