Church discipline is good, loving, not harsh, vindictive, or an opportunity for leaders in the church to take revenge on those they don’t like, or who don’t meet up to their personal expectations. As we shall see in our text this morning, the factious man has a profile, and we must never adjust that profile and seek revenge.
