In this excerpt from the Courage Conference, Kirby Calhoun emphasizes that the global reputation of the United States is suffering. Relationships matter. As America pulls support away from allies, caves to international pressure, fails to lead, and embraces silence, the world becomes worse and trust decreases. If there is no change, our weakening global position will yield significant, negative long-term outcomes. However, if America can restore its support to allies and demonstrate strength, it will serve the world with hope once again.
Kirby Calhoun serves as the Campus Director for Christians United for Israel (CUFI). He is a thirteen-year Army combat veteran. During his military career, he served as a human intelligence collector and then went on to become a special forces communications sergeant. Now he promotes the relationship between the U.S. and Israel for righteous reasons.
