Revelation 22:6-21 presents the “Epilogue” to the Revelation. The plea “Come, Lord Jesus” expresses our desire to see justice prevail, evil defeated and all things made right. Those who truly glimpse both God’s glory and this present world’s futility yearn for God’s new creation. What do we do in the meantime? We worship God– to keep our vision clear and our hearts loyal to the One True God. We live faithfully– to honor God and witness to his truth. We pray diligently– to release God’s power, provision and protection in this time of trial. Application: We worship, live and pray in the certain hope of God’s eternal victory.
