The nameless Samaritan woman at the well unsuspectingly shows up one afternoon in hopes of avoiding anyone she knows. She never expected a male stranger to appear and know everything about her past. Like the other women, she has a choice before her. What happens when her truth is exposed? What happens when our truth is exposed? Do we stick around long enough to watch our sin wash away in the stream of living, flowing water or do we remain stuck in the dark and stagnant waters?

Reflection:
=============================
✅ What do you believe to be true about Jesus from personal life experiences (i.e. Comforter, Restorer, Loyal, Critical, Distant, etc.) Can you name the parts of his character that have become distorted? (i.e. Critical, Distant)
✅ Is there a place where the guilt, grief, or pain, darkens the forgiveness Jesus is offering? Would you be willing to confess that now? Jesus offers a life of freedom in living water not a life of condemnation.
