It’s an easy temptation to think that we can “do it on our own”. The world teaches us to be independent and self-sufficient. It’s considered a sign of strength not to need anyone and a sign of weakness to depend on others. But today, Pastor Chris reminds us that this is not the way it works in God’s economy. God has designed each of us to work together with others. You need your brothers and sisters in the church, and they need you. God has given you a unique role that He hasn’t given anyone else.
