Jesus was a rabbi, a teacher. One of the most impactful ways to teach is to ask great questions. Jesus asked great questions - lots of them. By one count there are over 40 questions asked by Jesus. Questions invite students to think and grow. Join us this summer at APC as we wrestle with some of the probing questions asked by the Master teacher-Jesus.
🤔Sermon Reflection: In Luke 17:11-19, Jesus healed ten individuals with leprosy, yet only one, a Samaritan, returned to express gratitude. This narrative prompts us to consider our own response to the immense gift of healing and salvation offered through Jesus Christ. Do we truly appreciate this gift, or do we take it for granted? We are given the freedom to choose how we react. When we choose gratitude, we not only receive healing but also salvation. Jesus taught us the importance of expressing thanks and honoring God, which we can do through practical ways like making gratitude lists, saying “thank you,” engaging in worship and prayer, practicing generosity, and serving others. An attitude of gratitude can be infectious, transforming both ourselves and those around us. How will you choose to live out an attitude of gratitude this week and throughout your life? 🙏❤️🙌
