In today's episode, we are continuing our series on Mental Health called “State of Mind." In our last episode, we talked about the stigma that often comes from admitting that you are struggling with your mental health as a believer and what we can do to begin to admit that it is “OK to be not OK." Today we want to turn our attention to the topic of trauma as events that we experience in our life are often the source of many mental health struggles. The challenge often lies in believers processing it in a healthy way.
