Randy Sims is a former Pastor of Temple Baptist Church, as well as several churches prior to his tenure at Temple. He shares the story of his salvation – the moment that his belief turned into true faith in Jesus – as well as God’s call on his life to go into the ministry as a career. Randy’s encouragement focuses on the notion that being who you are is more important that doing what you do – regardless of his job as “Pastor,” God has called him to be a man of character and integrity and influence at all times. Randy shares what God has been doing in his life lately and how he can continue to leverage his influence outside of the four walls of the Church.
