Does praying for the same thing repeatedly reflect faith, or doubt? If God heard my prayer the first time, then why do I need to ask again?
It seems that God values our persistence in a way that’s difficult for us to understand. We tend to measure relationships against our own capacity to love, failing to realize that God has limitless capacity.
He does not grow tired of our dependence on Him.
In that sense, the need for persistence in prayer is not a reflection of God’s readiness to hear, but of our own willingness to believe.
