Description

When COVID-19 hit in 2020 Leon Fontaine and his team at Springs Church in Winnipeg worked hard, and invested heavily, into switching to drive through services so people could still gather for service while keeping attendees safe. They also worked hard to keep up with and comply with provincial health standards as they changed often.

In late 2020 they were given more than $32,000 in fines for these drive through services. The case ended up in court.

On this show he shares his story, what happened and why he feels churches truly are an essential service in helping to save lives in COVID-19.
