Porn addiction and sexting could be one of the most important, altering and devastating issues that this generation in Canada is facing.
Studies show that most first exposures to porn happen between the age of 9 and 12yrs. Almost 30% of first time exposures to porn are unintentional - that means that the person (often child) stumbled across it unintentionally.
Porn changes your brain.
Porn has become more violent and degrading.
There are now thousands of recorded cases of children sexually abusing other children as they attempt to "try out" what they are seeing.
This is very disturbing.
If we love the next generation, we need to do something about it. It begins with awareness.
