We all alter our speech or actions, depending on who we’re around; it’s a social rule of adapting to your audience. But Pastor Dan reminds us in today’s message, that we should never adapt or change or water down the Words of God. Every word written in the Bible is intentional and deliberate. You’re not offensive, but there are people who will be offended by Jesus; that doesn’t mean you alter the message to tickle their ears. People need to hear the truth – no matter how hard it may be to swallow.
