The Four Dimensions are: 1) Spectator (Foundation); 2) Consumer (Dwelling); 3) Contributor (Building); 4) Distributer (Launching).
We have been called into assembly to express both the Oikos and the Ecclesia. We need to get to the point where everyone is contributing their gifts and graces. People need to be given the opportunity to contribute their specific gift mix.
