Have you ever been impatient and feel like God isn’t at work in your life? Maybe you’ve been waiting for God to come through in the midst of a difficult situation? Or perhaps God HAS spoken to you, but you’re struggling to receive the instruction? Sometimes we respond by struggling through just trying to make things happen for ourselves and we end up fighting what God is trying to accomplish in our Christian growth. Today we look at the end of Acts chapter 5 where the pharisees were questioning & threatening the Apostles to stop preaching in the name of Jesus. Their eyes were set on having their own way and they completely missed the messiah they so desperately longed for. May we be exhorted to not fight against our own good by wrestling with God.
