How would you characterize today’s global events? Would words like “peace”, “life”, and “reconciliation” come to mind? Don’t words like “hostility,” and “separation” seem more fitting? Into the ache of a divided world, the gospel brings life not just individually, but together. Because of what Christ has done, we are reconciled both to God and to one another. When we, as God’s people, are Enlivened Together, we experience for ourselves and radiate to the world the peace, forgiveness, love, and joy we know we were created for.
