“It is finished” was a cry of victory. The law is fulfilled, the devil is defeated, the cup of wrath is drained, and sinners are saved. When we put our trust in the finished work of Christ on the cross we can become fully loved, fully accepted, fully forgiven, fully adopted sons and daughters of God.
