Pastor Andy teaches us that just as Leah sought approval through her actions and the opinions of those around her, we too can fall prey to seeking approval in the wrong places!
God created us for relationship with Him. To find fullness and approval in His eyes and no one else’s! He looked at us and called us “worthy” — even to the point of His death on the cross!
So may we never look for validation in people or circumstances. Let us ALWAYS look to Jesus, whose approval is not something to be won or sought after... It has been freely given, and no lie from the enemy can ever change the truth of His love for us!
He has spoken, and it is so!
