Do you care more about reality or perception? Fools will tell you that perception IS reality, but those same people will lie about who they are because they’re too weak to face the truth. Jesus tells us that there are people who will honor Him with their lips, but their hearts are far from Him! They may look, talk, act, and dress the part, but the reality is that Jesus will tell them, “Depart from me; I never knew you!” Time is short and you have to make the choice of whether you’re just going to have a form of godliness or if you’re a sold-out believer! Anyone who isn’t with the Lord opposes Him; anyone not working with Him is working against Him. As believers, we must the truth, tell the truth, and allow the truth to be told! Don’t just be perceived as good while you’re really out there doing evil. Build your faith through the unchanging truth of the Word of God, and anchor yourself to God’s reality!
