Strong's Greek 3542: (a) pasture, pasturage, (b) met: growth, increase. Feminine from the same as nomos; pasture, i.e. feeding, or pasturage.
From this definition, I hope that you can see spiritual growth. The growth that comes from reading the word and talking to the Lord. The increase that comes from staying in his field.
