The promise of the spirit is through faith, Galatians 3:14.
Our strength is not our own, our strength comes from the Lord, the one who created the heavens and the earth, everything seen yet not seen, heard yet not heard. Whether visible or invisible the Lord has created all things and we belong to him. When we know him, we will know where our strength comes from. Then we will lean on him and rely on him we will roll all the cares of life on the Almighty God who restores our souls.
