Discouragement - makes somebody feel less motivated, confident, or optimistic
When you give in to yours fears, you make the world that you live in an environment of discouragement.
You become less motivated to do the things that you know you should do. That you use to do confidently
Many of our brothers and sisters are not here because they became discouraged
Discourage means to take away courage.
For Christians courage is the complete control of fear using the word of God,
It is the place where fear and faith meet
The Holy Spirit is there to give us courage,
John 14:26 kjv
26 but the comforter, which is the holy ghost, whom the father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever i have said unto you.
Understanding the word, brings not just courage but good courage
Psalm 27:14 kjv
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, i say, on the LORD.
