The heaviness of failing comes from the importance we and others give a single failed event.

 We allow ourselves to be negatively affected when called a failure by others, a loser,

 We start to think of ourselves as a failure,

 We allow the thought of failing to become a
part of our decision-making process

It is then that it becomes a weight that holds us back

emotionally, we start to feel like a failure and we start to expect and accept failing

It makes you feel like you will always fall short of whatever is required and whatever is expected
