the thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
.........If Jesus is there to help us with the choice for life
Then it is fair to say, that Satan is there to kill steal and destroy the choice …we have made for life,

But he cannot make your choice fail
He wants your promise to be an empty one with no substance
But he can not make you not love , obey and commit to God

We give the devil too much credit and power,
Because he cannot even stop the blessings of God
James 4:7-8 (nlt)
7 so humble yourselves before God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8 come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between god and the world.
