We are beginning a new sermon series on 1 Corinthians to coincide with our school year theme of "Choosing Unity". You and I both know how polarized our world is right now and how much more fractured it can become in an election season. We have lost the ability to really listen to one another. We take sides. We take positions and, let's be honest, sometimes we forget why. Now more than ever the Church has a responsibility to be bridge builders and peacemakers in our community.
This week, our Director of Community Life, Evan Gratz examines how the Apostle Paul was not an eloquent speaker, but God spoke through him anyway. In fact, sometimes our gifts get in the way of God using us.
