Description

Have you ever noticed how we tend to ask our kids a lot of questions? Why do we do this. We tend to ask our kids (and others) a lot of questions not just because of curiosity, but because we want them to have the freed to respond. The reality is, as much as well-behaved children or controlled, predictable behaviors are desirable—independent, free-spirited children (and people) who make their own thoughtful choices are a greater desire. That why God in the Old Testament and Jesus in the New Testament also ask us so many questions. God wants us to be free to choose, God desires our engagement, more specifically God wants us to feel free to choose Him. We now make the shift from Questions God asks to "Questions Jesus Asks".

This week, Pastor Karla explores the question Jesus asked his disciples, "Who do you say I am?" In doing so, we too are faced with the question, "Who is Christ to you?" Do you view him as a great moral teacher or as Lord? How one answers that question is the extent to which God is able to reveal Himself.
