Jamie Kinder is the first female Mayor of Meadville, Pennsylvania. She studied Sociology and African American Studies at Edinboro University and is the co-owner of Evolution Printing Services. Jamie ran and won with a cooperative campaign with two other candidates who ran for City Council.
