This week, Dr. Powers and Julie DeNofa chat with Trina Fox, Hypnotherapist, Success Coach, Yoga Student, Teacher, and Founder of the Sunrise Wellness Community.
Trina Fox aspires to set herself upon a path of transparency, authenticity and toward the unification of her inward world and what the outer world sees. Her life purpose is rooted in connecting with people and helping them identify and aspire to their highest purpose.
Having been active in the Recovery Community for over 20 years, Trina has first-hand experience treating her weakness by helping others deal with theirs. This discovery of the importance of being of service to others was perhaps the catalyst that has inspired Trina to explore other avenues through which she could continue to develop her skills beyond the Recovery Community.
As Trina continues on her path toward the light, she takes comfort in knowing how her journey will help illuminate the light of some of those who may still be living in the shadows. In this episode, Trina shares her first experience with alcohol at 14, leading to years of alcohol addiction and broken relationships. She also shares how her discovery of Hypnotherapy, Yoga, and Meditation allows her to live a life free of alcohol and heal her past.
