According to Terence Keel, the Founding Director of UCLA’s Bio-Critical Studies Lab, pepper spray is a lethal weapon and shouldn’t be used by law enforcement. Professor Keel shares his findings with Areva, who will also be joined by former NYPD Lieutenant and law enforcement expert, Darrin Porcher.
