With the Supreme Court’s takedown of Affirmative Action, right wing groups are feeling emboldened to attack minority organizations who seek to level the playing field. The Fearless Foundation, which is was founded by Black women and has a mission of providing support and funding to other minority owned businesses, is being sued for discrimination. Will the suit be successful?
