Do you have a job where you put your personal money into by work related items? If so, How much do you spend, on average, do you spend a year? A lot of our audience members spend well over a thousand dollars a year on work expenses. These questions were sparked by a story about a teacher in Twin Falls who spends about $2,000 of her personal money on work. What are your thoughts? This led to a discussion about Proposition 1, an initiative that will be on the ballot this November. This education initiative would raise taxes on corporations and some individuals in order to collect money for education. Do you think it will pass? Would it be better for the State to use its budget surplus on education and cutting taxes? (8/16/22)
