Mike points out how Oro Valley Mayor Satish Hiremath said he never wanted to bond out improvements because he didn't want the extra cost put on tax payers. But now, with the money losing golf course, Hiremath is going back on his word. And there are fewer members at the town owned golf course than a year ago.
