One of the most important things bosses do is grow great employees. It's their job to evaluate each of them and identify and communicate what sets the best apart from others. In her first podcast of 2012, the Poynter Institute's leadership and management expert Jill Geisler shares her list of "12 Great Employees" that great bosses should recognize.
