  2. Reverse-Engineer the Business Model: Plan the business model around the established goals, focusing on the number of staff, patient count, pricing, and other factors necessary for success.
  3. Seek the Right Mentor: Find a mentor who understands the specific level you're at and can provide strategies to reach your immediate goals. Avoid one-size-fits-all approaches and seek advice from experienced mentors.
