Emily Langlois

Emily Langlois helps busy women become healthier, stronger and happier through online exercise and nutrition coaching programs. After years of training women in person, Emily thought there had to be a better way to allow her clients to receive workouts and training tips but not need to meet with her in the gym 5 days per week. She designed programs that work through an app on your phone so you can complete the workouts anywhere and the workouts are customized to what type of equipment you have! Emily Langlois is a Certified Personal Trainer, Weight Loss Specialist and a nationally Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
