Description

Brian O’Neil is the CEO of Industrial Power LLC, a business his father founded and he successfully runs today. Brian and I talked about the differences between selling vehicles to consumers and businesses, what he learned from the Air Force that still impacts the way he does business today, finding his way to this industry, and taking over his father’s business. He also has to deal with challenges unique to his industry, like changing technologies and managing inventory, and we dive into the strategies he’s implemented that have worked in the past few years and during COVID.

Join us this week to learn how to thrive in an evolving industry!
