Paul's Positive Podcast

Hosted by Amy Iverson

In this segment of the Paul's Positive Podcast, hosted by the fantastic Amy Iverson, listeners are treated to inspiring stories that highlight the beauty of positive human-interest tales.

Amy shares the poignant journey of the Sullivan family from Middle Tennessee, who transformed their devastating loss into a beacon of hope and kindness. Their ten-year-old son, Asher, tragically lost his life in a storm, but his legacy lives on through his organ donations, which saved four lives. The Sullivans further commemorate Asher by creating 'Asher's Animals', a heartwarming initiative that collects stuffed animals to comfort children in need, each toy carrying Asher’s spirit of kindness.

Additionally, the family established a scholarship fund in honor of Asher's brother Declan, supporting survivors of critical illnesses and their siblings. The Sullivans beautifully turn their sorrow into a mission of compassion.

Amy also shares 'The Tale of the White Cardinal', a story about Walt, a white cardinal who, despite facing ridicule for his appearance, becomes a hero during a forest fire, guiding others to safety. This tale underscores the power of kindness and seeing beyond superficial judgments.

These stories illustrate the ripple effect of kindness and empathy, encouraging listeners to embrace the potential for positive change, even in the face of challenges.
