When we think about marketing tactics, it's channels, it's your website is, you know, the suite of brochures that you're handing to clients. It's your social media pages, it's the campaigns that you run through Google. I think that's what's so interesting about strategy versus tactics. With everything shifting and changing, if we don't have a view of the overall strategy, we can sometimes get twisted up with those tactics, then we're spending money where we shouldn't. Michele (32:54)
