Susannah Cole is a very successful self made property investor. Breaking out from the corporate lifestyle she followed her dreams and set up the Good Property Company in 2011, which she started from her kitchen table.
At first the goal was to source deals for investors, JV on flips and then invest in property for herself and her family. Susannah ended up becoming a property millionaire within 3 1/2 years of starting her business. She sourced over 200 deals and £45million worth of property.
