Bryan Roof is executive food editor for “Cook’s Country” - and an onscreen test cook for “America’s Test Kitchen” - which airs on public television stations across the country, including on our public media partner WTCI PBS.
I spoke with Bryan at WUTC on his way to the Cornbread Festival in April.
